How to Use / Perform Basic Workout Body Exercises With These Resistance Bands

  • Banded Squats

Squats will help tone butts and engage abs. To perform this exercise,

  • Get inside the loop of the band and extend it to your thighs, right above your knees. There should be a slight tension on the band that shows that it is correctly fitted.
  • Stand with both feet wide apart and lower yourself as you perform the squat while bending your knees towards the ground.
  • Return to starting position and repeat exercise for results.

  • Loop the bands around a strong, sturdy anchor point such as a pole or a doorknob. Keep the anchor point at 12-18″ above the ground for stability.
  • 2: Fit the loop around your hip area while making sure the band is correctly placed; fully stretch the band by moving away from the anchor point.
